Why do I need to use a Travel professional?

Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information and discounts. A travel agent can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance.

For the vast majority of services rendered, Top Travel Solutions does not charge you any fee. The vendors that we book on your behalf pay us a commission in most cases. If you would like for us to book airline tickets by themselves, we do charge a service fee for our time to research and manage your reservation. The fee varies per service performed.

What are your terms and conditions?

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are certified with IATAN and CLIA. We also hold a $2M general liability insurance policy and E&R insurance.

What payments do you accept?

For group events, we accept online payments or mail in payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. For mail-in payments, we accept personal checks, money orders and certified checks. Please note personal checks will not be accepted 60 days before event to commence. For individual reservations (private reservations), we accept credit card authorization forms and credit card over the phone with a 3.5% fee.

What happens after I make my reservation?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.
